Yes. Most non-trading teams follow a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days remote, coordinated within each team.

We have offices in Sydney (HQ), Brisbane, Melbourne, Amsterdam and Hong Kong, with trading activities spanning global markets. View our locations here.

Diversity, Inclusion & Impact

We’re committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected and valued. We support local and global initiatives through donations and impact loans, and sponsor societies that make STEM more inclusive.

Each year, you’ll have access to around $20,000 to donate to causes you care about – split across two rounds in March and October. You can choose any registered not-for-profit.

Our Social Impact team shares regular ways to get involved—from local volunteering to programs like The Observership Program and One Young World.

Eligibility and Programs

  • Internships run during the summer break, usually from November to January.
  • Graduate Programs start in February each year.

  • Internship: If you’re in your second-last year of study.

We welcome candidates from a variety of study areas. We’re especially interested in people with STEM or quantitive backgrounds. But if you can show us the right skills and mindset, we encourage you to apply – whatever your degree.

For internship and graduate roles you’ll need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a Permanent Resident with full working rights.
